Counseling services and populations served
I offer mental health care for children, adolescents and adults suffering from: anxiety, depression, eating issues, behavioral issues, self-worth concerns, relationship concerns, and trauma from various life circumstances. I also help clients struggling with life skills and transitions, women's issues, and career changes.
I believe that each person’s situation is unique and it is my desire to help each of my clients achieve complete mental health wellness. It is my goal to inform each client about the issue they are struggling with, inspire each client to take charge of their life, and influence them to make lasting, productive changes that they desire.
I'm not the typical counselor who sits in front of you, waiting for you to talk. Making the client feel comfortable is of top importance to me so I have found that expressive arts, play therapy, and other useful activities can help ease the stress of talking to a stranger.\
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I am only offering telehealth appointments at this time. I will update if face-to-face becomes an option again.
Not at this time.
